细菌和真菌是不同生态系统中的核心微生物,其跨界相互作用是微生物群落结构和生态系统功能的关键决定因素。桉树人工林是我国木材产量最大的人工林,种植面积近1000万亩。森林土壤是全球土壤碳库的重要组成,由于经营强度大,我国桉树人工林土壤有机碳含量普遍呈下降的趋势,细菌-真菌跨界互作介导桉树人工林土壤有机碳(SOC)衰退的机制尚不清楚。
兴安落叶松是大兴安岭地区的建群种,立木端直,群落结构简单,层次分明,构成了广阔的明亮针叶林区。山地森林占据着陆地总面积的12%左右,提供着独特的生态系统服务功能。北方森林具有低温、生长季短和养分循环进程缓慢等特征,土壤底物的质量和有效性具有明显的时空异质性,且这种变化随着未来气候变化具有较大的不确定性。土壤细菌能够调控底物分解、土壤生物化学循环和土壤多功能性等关键过程。探究不同海拔梯度上土壤细菌群...
