本文报道14种淡水鱼细胞核DNA含量的测定结果。这14种鱼DNA含量变异较大，从2.20pg到5.0pg不等，其中大多数种类具有较高的DNA含量。此外，我们还结合已有资料，讨论了迄今已研究的58种中国淡水鱼（主要为鲤科鱼）DNA含量的变异特征、意义及影响DNA含量变异的因素。
